My Coaching Philosophy
What guides my coaching?
At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: you already have the answers within you. My role is to help you uncover them with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
How did I become a coach - and, why iPEC?
Before becoming a coach, I did a great deal of research to find a program that aligned with both my values and the depth of work I wanted to do with clients. That journey led me to iPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), one of the most respected coach training programs in the field.
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and certified in Core Energy Coaching™—a transformative methodology that helps clients shift their mindset, raise awareness, and move forward with purpose.
How did coaching transform me - and how do I show up for you?
What I didn’t fully expect was how much my training would change me. Going through the iPEC program helped me raise my own consciousness, deepen my self-awareness, and become more intentional in how I show up—not just as a coach, but as a parent, friend, and human being. It gave me tools to lessen inner judgment, stay present, and connect more mindfully, with myself and others.
Through this training and through my years of mentoring, teaching, and parenting, I’ve come to see coaching not as giving advice, but as holding space for growth. My approach is rooted in presence, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
I believe coaching should be a safe, judgment-free zone where you can pause, reflect, and take empowered steps toward what matters most. Whether you're navigating the challenges of parenting, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and intention.
One of my favorite iPEC foundation principles is: “Now is all there is.”
It reminds me and my clients that the present moment is where awareness begins, where growth takes root, and where change becomes possible.
