Beyond Coaching
What matters most to me?
Family and relationships are at the core of who I am. I’ve been married for 35+ years, and raising our two adult children has been one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of my life. I also deeply value friendships, both long-standing bonds and new connections. I believe meaningful friendships require intention, care, and reciprocity.
How did my early experiences shape me?
As a third-culture kid (TCK), I grew up navigating life between cultures. Attending an international school with peers from over 30 countries, I learned early on how to adapt, connect across differences, and appreciate diverse perspectives. That experience deeply shaped who I am and taught me to see the world through multiple lenses and continues to influence how I relate, listen, and coach today.
Living in different countries and forming connections across cultures has deepened my understanding of human nature and the value of authentic relationships. I believe that meaningful connections, whether through family, friendship, or community, bring joy, build resilience, and support us through life’s many transitions.
Where do I find inspiration?
Travel has also been one of my greatest teachers. Experiencing different cultures has helped me appreciate the many ways people grow, cope, and thrive. When I’m not coaching, I find joy in walking my dog, hiking in nature, trying new recipes, or getting lost in a good book. These simple pleasures ground me, inspire me, and fuel my passion for supporting others.
How do I live and coach with purpose?
For me, life isn’t just about reaching goals—it’s about cultivating joy, balance, and purpose along the way. My coaching is rooted in this belief, empowering you to embrace your journey with confidence, connection, and clarity.
